🛂 Visa & Documents

Most international visitors need a Chinese visa (L type) to enter China. We can provide invitation letters if needed. Please ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel date. Border areas may require a border permit — we handle all necessary permits for our guests.

✈️ Airport Pickup

We offer complimentary pickup from Hailar Dongshan Airport (HLD) and Hailar Railway Station. Our English-speaking staff will meet you with a name sign.

🍽️ Dietary Requirements

We can accommodate various dietary needs including vegetarian, halal, and Western food preferences. Hulunbuir offers excellent Russian cuisine in addition to Mongolian specialties.

🏨 Accommodation

We partner with hotels that meet international standards. In remote areas, we select the best available options including traditional log cabins (mukeleng) and yurts for authentic cultural experiences.

💳 Payment

Major credit cards accepted in city hotels. WeChat Pay and Alipay now support international cards. Cash in RMB is useful in remote areas. We can assist with currency exchange.
